If Biden wants to remain the nominee, he will be the nominee. There ain’t nothin’ no one can do about it.
If Biden withdraws—voluntarily or health—between now and the convention: Delegates at the Democratic convention will choose a nominee. First one to get a majority of delegate votes wins.
If Biden withdraws—voluntarily or health—between the convention and Election Day: the Democratic National Committee (in consultation with Democratic governors and congressional leaders) will pick the Democratic nominee.
